The Patriot Guard Riders are saddened to hear of the loss of the Reverend Jerry Falwell.  Reverend Falwell was a man who saw his mission early on, and kept on track following that mission his whole life.  We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Falwell family, his church, and all those who understood his way of thinking and doing.

 

The Patriot Guard Riders must also follow our Mission Statement - honoring those service people who are killed in action and all veterans, law enforcement, and emergency responders.  Our mission must not falter either, thus we will not organize a mission honoring Reverend Falwell.  We do encourage any member to follow their heart and participate in any event associated with the passing of this great man. 

 

The Christian Motorcycle Riders are planning an honor ride and many PGR members also belong to that group.  Please show your honor and respect for this great man in any way you feel comfortable.
