The Patriot Guard Board of Directors would like to make the following announcement regarding changes to the current Board:

In consideration that his tenure in office was ending in just over a month, and due to the ongoing audit - Jason Wallin tendered his resignation from the Patriot Guard Board of Directors effective immediately. The Board of Directors ultimately desires to move past any real and/or perceived issues and work towards the betterment of the Patriot Guard Riders as a national organization and subsequently agreed to accept Jason's resignation as submitted.

In accordance with the PGR By-Laws, the Board of Directors must be a five member group. Since Bill Richart was elected by the Board-elect to take over the position that Jason would vacate on 01 NOV 07, it was moved and approved that Bill assume that role and its responsibilities effective immediately.

The Board of Directors would like to thank Jason for all the work and countless hours he spent assisting the PGR, and we would also like to welcome Bill to his new leadership role as he now works to move the PGR into the future.
