This is a Confirmed ANC Mission ========================
CDR Charles K. Springle, 52, died May 11, 2009 from injuries sustained from a non-combat related incident at Camp Liberty, Iraq. He was one of 5 troops allegedly killed by a US Army sergeant at the combat stress center where CDR Springle was counseling and assisting the troops.
PGR has been granted the privilege of standing in Honor for this American Hero at services in Morehead City, NC, on 20 MAY 2009, and also when the Commander is laid to his final Hero's rest on the hallowed grounds of Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) at a date in June 2009 - yet to be determined.
PGR will be there - standing tall, silent and proud for this 21 year Navy veteran who gave his all for the country he loved, and the troops he was helping.
((Once the ANC date is set, mission plans will be published here.))
