The joy of your family to have you come home .... The joy of a nation to honor you ...The joy of knowing that you will be in the presents of so many that served in that "Garden of Stone"...My joy of knowing where you are means another brother's family has closure....May god be with your family... The long road home meant you were not forgotten...Respectfully, Subsquirrel

To the Family of Major John F. Conlon III.  Following our PRG mission to ANC today in support of the family of PFC Riviere, I took the extra time to stop by the grave of Maj Conlon and pay my respects.  Although not with you on Oct 3rd, I did take time out from my schedule to pay silent respect at the time of final honors for your loved one and today I said my silent "welcome home" before I left the cemetary.  You will al be in my heart and prayers.  Deputy 36.

We stop to pay tribute to an American Hero who has been lost for
so many years but is now returning to American soil. America doesn't
forget its heroes like Major John F. Conlon III and we are proud of his
sacrifice and now his family can put him to rest. It brings back memories
of a recent event in Madison, Indiana to pay tribute to
Air Force Tech. Sgt. Donald Russell Hoskins.  These two heroes are back
where they belong--with family and friends and back HOME. There are
still others MIA and we won't stop thinking about them. May those
who have passed on and served OUR country rest in eternal peace.
Our thoughts and prayers are with their family members.
