Believe nothing just because a so-called wise person said it. Believe nothing just because a belief is generally held. Believe nothing just because it is said in ancient books. Believe nothing just because it is said to be of divine origin. Believe nothing just because someone else believes it. Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true. [paraphrased]

Captain Speicher...Welcome Home!
I know you are in a better place up there in heaven and probably a little embarassed by all this attention. Like many others I have worn your bracelet and brought your story to others many, many times over the past years. Nonetheless it is with humble sincerity I offer my condolences to your family and thanks to you for the ultimate sacrifice you made in the cause of freedom.
This bracelet with your name will always remind me of the need to maintain vigilance and be prepared to fight those who would destroy the beloved freedom we have in the USA. Two of my sons served in Iraq and both are  familiar with Camp Speicher.
Rest in Peace Hero...You will NEVER be forgotten.
