 I joined the USAF at age 21. I worked Aircraft Fuel Systems for the whole 10 yrs of active duty. Two years IRR with the USAF.
Duty assignments took me to RAF Bentwaters/Woodbridge for three yrs. McGuire AFB for over six years, then my last assignment was to ROK Kunsan AB, Korea.
After being out of the military for two years, I missed it so much I joined the Army National Guard. While in the Army I was a tank driver and infantry. I served three years in the Army NG.
I worked QA/QC for nearly ten years. I was effected by a lay off, so I found a job winding coils for transformers. But with a desire to work closer to home I started working inside the local chemical plant doing contract rail service as a locomotive engineer, I love my job, seriously !
