We have been invited by the City of Kewanee, IL to participate in honoring the service and sacrifice of Sgt. Schuyler Patch, KIA at a Street Renaming Dedication Ceremony on Saturday, 03 OCT 09.

RALLY TIME: 0930 hrs., PRB 1015 hrs., KSU Immediately to head to ceremony location and establish our flaglines.

Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Sgt. Schuyler Patch ,Thanks for being one of our greatest heroes. God Bless. And God Bless, The fellow soldiers that stands for us everyday.Thank you for your dedicated service and sacrifice to defend this great nation .

Final Inspection
The soldier stood and faced God,
Which must always come to pass.
He hoped his shoes were shining.

The soldier squared his shoulders and said,
"No, Lord, I guess I ain't.
Because those of us who carry guns,
Can't always be a saint.
I've had to work most Sundays,
And at times my talk was tough.
And sometimes I've been violent,
Because the world is awfully rough.
But, I never took a penny,
That wasn't mine to keep....

'No Greater Love is this that a man is willing to lay down his life for another.' Only two men were willing to sacrifice their lives for us-Jesus Christ and the American Soldier. Neither of which can ever fully be repaid.
Thank you for your Service and my Freedoms. Your sacrifices will never go unnoticed. I am grateful to live in a country made up of volunteers like you. Your choice to protect our Nation and put your self on the line can never be repaid.
