VFW Monocacy Valley Memorial Post 6918

 

For the forth year in a row, the Patriot Guard has been graciously invited by the VFW Monocacy Valley Memorial Post 6918 to join in their Veterans Day Observance.  It will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2009 at 2:00 PM at their post in Harney, MD.

 Plans include guest speakers and vintage military vehicles and equipment on display prior to and during the program.  

This year, three special guests who each have been awarded the Congressional Gold Medal will speak of their experiences as members of the Tuskegee Airmen during World War II. 

Following the program a light dinner will be provided to all in attendance.   
 

Please join us in paying tribute to our veterans who have served our country.

So that we can arrive together, Ride Captain Sandy Hohne will lead the group from nearby Taneytown to the post in Harney.
