American Legion Post 223 in Killeen has lost a member of the family, Jessica Johanna Hendrix, US Navy, Veteran.  She be interred this Monday in accordance with CenTex PGR Confirmed Mission. The Legion Riders will conduct the escort from the funeral home to the cemetery and they are extending the invitation to riders from other posts, and non-members alike.

The ride will be from American Legion Post 223 to Crawford-Bowers on Hood Road in Killeen.  At Crawford-Bowers riders will join and escort the hearse to Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery where her family and friends will be waiting to receive her. Data as follows:

Interment at CTSVC

The family of Jessica J Hendrix has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the interment of their loved one on Monday, 8 Feb 10, 1000 at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, Killeen TX.
 
There is a possibility we will be asked to participate in bringing Jessica to the cemetery to meet the family. 

Date: Monday, 8 Feb 10

Staging Location: The cul-de-sac between the Memorial Shelter and the Walk of Heroes

Time: 0900

Briefing: 0910

Note: Once we are cleared to move to the shelter, we will establish a flagline and await Jessica's arrival..

WX: 53F, precipitation 50%, wind S at 14mph, t-showers

Arrive hydrated, bring water for yourself and a buddy, and dress appropriately for chilly, wet weather.

Please join us in honoring our Navy veteran.
