I'm sorry that I can't make the trip, I have to be in a class that I signed up for 4 months ago and my fire dept. is paying $400 for. I really would rather be with all of you and the family of our hero, SFC. Randy McCaulley. My thoughts and prayers are with all. Be safe!

NH will be there! My husband and I joined the PGR last week and went on our first mission for Sgt Dan in Maine this past weekend. Words just can't describe what we saw and the feeling of pride we felt amongst all of those flags. The ug's never showed, thank God. We had planned to take a long weekend to visit relatives in NJ, but as soon as we saw this - our plans changed! We can see the relatives any time, it's a privilege to be invited to honor this true American hero. We will start the drive on Friday (it should take us 9+ hours), so if anyone knows of any local hotels (good ones or the ones we need to stay away from), we would appreciate it.
To the family of Sgt McCaulley; you have our deepest sympathy for your loss and we will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Thank you for allowing us to pay our respects.

I was already planning on attending on Saturday. In the meantime, my Chapter has been contacted by the family to participate in the funeral procession. Can I have any riders from my Chapter come to the initial staging point in order to ride out with the PGR? I will ask those who aren't already signed up with the PGR, to please do so, and will also make sure that everyone is aware of the PGR Mission Statement. Please advise so I know which direction to send my Chapter. Thanks.

I am planning to attend from Washington, PA, probably via New Stanton/Greensburg route. Snonut, Indiana is home to Indiana University of PA, so there should be nice motels there. I haven't been there for years so I don't have specific names.

The PA State Police has asked for a head count of PGR members attending.

The PA membership is being notifed by the RCs who will give me the count.

Anyone from outside of PA that is attending, please contact me through my email address on my profile page.

This information is needed because even though we have permission to park on church property, it will be very tight depending upon the number attending and the PA SP want to make sure we will not be blocking traffic.

Thanks,
Don
