The family of SSgt Shepherd has requested our attendance of which we will be honored to do. SSgt Shepherd passed away at the age of 78. He served in the US Air Force for 20 year and 7 Months and was Honorably Discharged. SSgt Shepherd awards were: National Defense Service Medal, and the Air Force Commendation Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, AF Longevity Ribbon, Overseas Short Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, Vietnam Service Medal. We shall meet the family behind Rouses and have a Rolling honor guard escort to Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
