The Patriot Guard Riders will be honored to attend the services of Mr. Jensen. Mr. Jensen was honorably discharged from the United States Army after serving 3 years. He passed away at the age of 32. Mr. Jensen was awarded the following: National Defense Service Medal; Army Achievement Medal; Overseas Service Ribbon
