The Patriot Guard will be honored to escort Lieutenant Commander Dewitt Talmadge Haden III, United States Navy, to his final resting place at Barrancas National Cemetery, Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, Florida, where we will stand an Honor Guard and silent Flag Line for his service to a Grateful Nation. LCDR Haden served with honor in the United States Navy for over 26 years and was transferred to the retired list on July 1, 1979, but continued active duty until June 30, 1981. He earned the following: National Defense Service Medal (w/Bronze star).
He was born on February 22, 1936, and passed from this earth on December 22, 2025, at the age of 89.

Instructions:
Naval Air Station requires long sleeve shirts, long trousers, full finger gloves, DOT approved helmets, leather footwear covering ankles and appropriate eye protection. These required safety items are to be always worn while riding on NAS Pensacola. Military installations prohibit the carry and/or possession of Privately Owned Weapons while on Federal property-with or without a concealed carry permit.
