Paul Joseph Phillips, 43. Paul proudly served in the USN achieving the rank of CPO. His Awards and Commendations are: Good Conduct Medal (6), Letter of Commendation Flag (6), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (4), Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (1), Navy “E” Ribbon (1), Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist (1), National Defense Service Medal (1), Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal (1), Navy Rifle Marksmanship Expert Medal (1) and Navy Pistol Marksmanship Expert Medal (1).
