The Patriot Guard Riders will participate in his Final Journey Home by providing a 10:45am escort for
our Hero.
Bob Morton Jr. graduated from Nebraska City High School in 1969 and enlisted in the U.S. Army that August, serving two years as an engineer in the Vietnam War. A decorated veteran, he received the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, and the Army Commendation Medal.
“To honor Bob’s larger-than-life spirit, his casket will be escorted from Lincoln to Omaha by Harley led by his riding community so he can make his final ride in true Bob Morton style.”

PGR NOT participating in the escort from Lincoln are encouraged to join the Lincoln Escort team at the ONC gate on Schram Road and enter the cemetery as a single unit.
