Brief: 9:45 AM, prepare to stand an honor flag line
Secure: 11:00 AM, prepare for escort
KSU: 11:30 AM, to Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Rd, Goldsboro, NC 27534, where we will stand an honor flag line for services with military honors.
Secure: 12:30 PM, end of service and quietly depart
