About the Mission:
SP3 Don Hail served during a time between the Korean War and the start of the Vietnam War. Although he was not deployed, and remained stateside, he was proud to serve and served with honor. He was inducted into the Army in 1955 and served until 1957.

Instructions:
PGR will stand a flag line and present the PGR plaque and Letter of Invocation. Army will do the honors, and we will follow them as usual.
Temps predicted to be between 45-69 degrees and cloudy so dress accordingly.
