About the Mission:
Philip Mikel Kelley, 77, of Grafton, passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. Philip was born in Philippi, WV., on August 21, 1948. Philip was a proud graduate of Grafton High School, Class of 1966, and an honored veteran of the United States Navy. He carried that same sense of duty and dedication into his civilian life, spending many years caring for the grounds at the West Virginia National Cemetery in Pruntytown and later working in maintenance at the Taylor County Courthouse
