I wanted to let the Patriot Guard know how much their part in the Military Honors Service for James H Winfrey Sr. on July 20,2023, in Carrollton MO was appreciated. This was the first time that a few members of the family had seen a Military Honors Service performed. They were surprised to learn that some members won’t locals and not one had known their Father.
