Sara “Sally” Howland

It was such a blessing to have my dear friend of over 45 years honored for her service. Sally just turned 104 and served in Europe as a 1st LT US Army nurse. She treated many troops who were wounded on D Day. She has been a true friend and an amazingly strong nurse who introduce ground breaking procedures in obstetrics in Loudoun County Virginia during her career after serving.
