Mr. Buffi led a life defined by his unwavering dedication and service. He dedicated twenty years to the United States Navy, attaining the rank of E-6 and retired in 1988. His military service stands as a proud testament to his character, embodying the principles of discipline and commitment he held dear. In his retirement, he shifted his focus to giving back to fellow veterans, devoting his time to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), where he continued to advocate for those who served. Mr. Buffi was 78 years old.
