About the Mission:
Jim enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1966. He deployed to Vietnam and fought at Que Son and Hue City. He was injured in battle, and his sacrifice was recognized with the Purple Heart. The war had a profound effect on Jim’s life. Mr. Lyons was 76 years old.
