About the Mission:
TJ began his service in January 1962. He proudly served aboard the USS Point Defiance LSD-31. His military service was but one of many achievements throughout his life. Known for his vibrant spirit and love of camaraderie, he cherished moments spent playing various sports such as softball, bowling, and horseshoes. He particularly found joy in fishing and camping. He relished any opportunity for adventure.
