Sergeant Isaac Morgan served in the US Army from 1969 – 1977. His duty stations included Fort Hood, Texas and Italy. The Patriot Guard Riders will stand for him as he stood for us.

Briefing is 9:45 AM. After the briefing, we will establish a flag line for the Memorial Service. Service will start at 11:00 AM. At the start of the service, we will fold our line and quietly depart.
