Mr. Carter served from November 1970 until August 1972 and again from November 1973 until June 1975, earning the National Defense Service Medal and the Marksman (Rifle M-16).

Instructions:
After the mission briefing at the visitor’s center, honor bikes, if needed, will move to the staging lane. All other Riders will move to the shelter, set the flags, and prepare to stand tall and silent for the duration of the Internment Service. After the Service, flags will be returned to storage and the Riders will be debriefed and dismissed.
Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided.
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will not be provided, please bring your own.
