Tom Callaghan honorably served our Country in the US Army from 1969 to 1971. His awards included the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Expert Badge (M-16); and Sharpshooter Badge (M-14). After his discharge, he continued to serve our Country as a Fire Commissioner in Lake Forest, Illinois, and did speaking engagements at Independent & Assisted Living facilities on Memorial Day & Veterans Day. Tom recently passed at the age of 75 due to complications from Agent Orange.
It is our honor to stand in silent reverence as we show respect and gratitude to this hero for the sacrifices made for this nation.
