About the Mission:
Victor James Stephens, SSG, US Army, served our Country in Vietnam and was awarded the Bronze Star, Army Commendation Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry, Good Conduct Medal, and the Army Service Ribbon. After his Retirement, his pass time was spent with Family.
