Biographical Info: Larry loved serving in the PGR, and he showed compassion and dignity at every mission he attended. He was there rain, snow, heat, humidity, or gloom. He lost his life on the way to a fellow Navy Vet’s service to stand the flag line.
He served as an RC for the Centrailia, MO area and loved escorting the Central MO Honor Flight back from their trip and was selected and went on an Honor Flight in 2013 as a Veteran. He was so overcome with the flight, he made sure he attend every escort and became a member of their Safety Team.
He was respected by his peers and would always greet you with a smile and a hug, once you met Larry you instantly became friends. He was cut from a true Hero’s mold. His last Mission was 10 January 2016.
