Mr. Hamm was born on July 2, 1941, in Banner, Virginia and passed away on March 10, 2025.
He proudly served in the United States Army for 2 years. He was a proud Caddo Parrish Sheriff Auxiliary for 10 years. Billy led us many times where we will be taking him Monday. Billy was a fellow Vietnam Veteran and was proud to lead us when I asked him for Veterans Day Rides and on Memorial Day to Veterans Cemetery. He will be missed.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, 2 sons and a daughter.
