The family of Richard Splichal has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to stand for him as he stood for for us. We are honored to do so.

After the briefing we will stand a flag line until 8:00 pm as family and friends arrive for visitation. At 8:00 pm we will stand down and quietly leave the area.

Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water will be provided.
