Rick Duaine Francis, age 57. Rick entered active duty in the US Navy on 24 February 1986. He was Honorably Discharged on 13 December 1992 at the rank of Hospitalman (E-3). Rick earned the National Defense Service Medal, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, the Battle “E” Ribbon, the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, the Fleet Marine Force Ribbon, the Combat Action Ribbon, the Southwest Asia Service Medal, the Navy Unit Commendation Ribbon, the Kuwait Liberation Medal, and the Humanitarian Service Medal.
