Richard John Quinn Jr, a United States Army Veteran proudly served his country from 1990 to 2010. While in service to his country, he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant working as a Motor Transport Operator, Unit Supply Specialist and a Cannon Crewmember. He earned many medals and accommodations to include the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal 2nd Award, Army Good Conduct Medal, Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal 5th Award, National Defense Service Medal 2nd Award, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal 2nd Award, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal with Campaign Star, Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Army Reserve Component Overseas Training Ribbon, Armed Forces Reserve Medal with M Device 2nd Award, KU- LIB-Medal, (Saudi Arabia), KU-LIB-Medal, (Kuwait), Combat Action Badge and the Driver and Mechanic Badge with Driver Wheeled Vehicle Clasp. Staff sergeant Quinn’s final duty station was Fort Huachuca, Arizona where he retired and was honorably discharged on February 21, 2010.
