Lester Turner passed away June 20, 2026 at the age 94. Lester joined the Army in August of 1953. He served 2 years and 11 months with 1 year and 10 months overseas, he attained the rank of Private. Lester was awarded The Korean Service Medal with 3 Bronze Clusters, UN Service Award, and the National Defense Service Medal. He is survived by his sons and daughters, 23 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He was defined by service and hard work in the community and was a proud Korean War Veteran
