Seventy-seven-year-old Joe David Haley passed from this earth on 1 February 25. During his lifetime he served his country honorably for twenty years in the US Air Force as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Technician. He gained the rank of TSGT (E6) and earned the following awards/decorations: Air Force Good Conduct Medal with one Silver Oak Leaf Cluster, Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon, Noncommissioned Officer Professional Military Education Graduate Ribbon, Air Force Longevity Service Award Ribbon with four Bronze Oak Leaf Clusters, National Defense Service Medal, Air Force Overseas Service Short Tour Ribbon, Air Force Training Ribbon, and Air Force Outstanding Unit Award with two Bronze Oak Leaf Clusters.

We will stand a flag line outside the church from approximately 6:00 PM to 6:20 PM and then move inside during Military Honors. The PGR has been requested to sound TAPS and fold/present the flag. Please try your best to support this mission so we have enough members to perform the actions requested of us.
