About the Mission:

Mr. Charles S. Franklin achieved the rank of Specialist Four during his honorable service in the U.S. Army. The VA has scheduled his final services as he is an unaccompanied Veteran who has no family to see that his service is recognized and he is laid to rest with his fellow Veterans.

Briefing: 1:30 PM.

Please meet on the left side of the administration building for a briefing. After the briefing, move as a group to the committal shelter to stand a flag line during military honors.

Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided.
Large Bike Flags will not be needed.
Water will not be provided, please bring your own.
