About the Mission:
The Patriot Guard Riders will stand in honor of Jim Wagner, 76, US Army Vietnam veteran, at a visitation to be held in Dubuque, IA. Jim was instrumental in establishing and operating the Veterans Freedom Center in Dubuque, affording veterans an opportunity to meet and share stories, work on individual and group projects, etc.
