Seventy-four-year-old Reginald William Wise II served his country honorably for twenty years in the United States Air Force, retiring on 31 October 1989. Reginald gained the rank of Staff Sergeant (E5) and earned the following awards/decorations: Air Force Commendation Medal, Air Force Good Conduct Medal with one Silver Oak Leaf Cluster, Small Arms Marksmanship Ribbon, Noncommissioned Officer Professional Military Education Graduate Ribbon, Air Force Longevity Service Award Ribbon with four Bronze Oak Leaf Clusters, National Defense Service Medal, Air Force Overseas Long Tour Ribbon, Air Force Overseas Short Tour Ribbon with one Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster, Air Force Training Ribbon, and Air Force Outstanding Unit Award with two Bronze Oak Leaf Clusters. SSgt Wise was an Inventory Management Supervisor.

Instructions:
Stage at the church at 12:10 PM for a 12:20 PM briefing. We will stand two flag lines at the church. The first one will be from 1230 – 1:00 PM to support the viewing. The second will be from 1:30 – 2:00 PM to support the funeral service. Following the service, we will escort to Monte Vista Cemetery, 1590 East First Street, and stand a flag line during Military Honors provided by the Holloman Air Force Base Steel Talons Honor Guard.
Flags will be provided.
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.
